The Accelerator is designed for focus, realism, and impact. Sessions are hosted multiple times each year in mid-sized cities and retreat-style venues — intentionally chosen to provide space for reflection and connection, away from the noise and distractions of major metros.
Every cohort is supported by an expert coaching panel that includes seasoned business leaders, social science experts, and executive coaches who observe, provide feedback, and deliver real-time coaching throughout the case.

From Accelerator to Membership
The Accelerator is only the beginning. Every participant continues as part of the 2CI membership, ensuring that insights and momentum turn into lasting change. In Year 1, tuition includes both the Accelerator and a full year of membership. In Year 2 and beyond, membership continues with your original cohort circle, curated field exchanges, the annual national summit, and access to coaching and resources. Alumni who wish to return to the Accelerator can do so at a preferred member rate.
