Every 2CI membership begins with a 3-day immersive Leadership Accelerator — an intensive, cohort-based experience designed to sharpen strategy, expand perspective, and forge lasting peer trust.

From there, membership continues year-round with 1:1 coaching, curated peer groups, and national gatherings that sustain growth and accountability.

  • Year 1 — Accelerator + Membership

    Your first year begins with The Second Circle Leadership Accelerator, a three-day immersive program built around an unfolding case study. It’s the launch point of your journey at 2CI, giving you a cohort, shared experience, and practical frameworks that carry into the year ahead. From there, membership continues with your cohort circle, curated field exchanges, access to coaching, and a seat at the national summit. Year 1 tuition includes both the Accelerator and a full year of membership.

  • Year 2+ — Ongoing Membership

    After completing the Accelerator, your membership continues with the full scope of 2CI. You stay connected to your cohort circle, receive 1:1 coaching, engage in curated exchanges that address new challenges, as well as receive an invite to the annual summit. For those who want to relive the experience, alumni are welcome to return to the Accelerator at a preferred member rate.

And yes — there’s a graduation.
When someone is promoted and moves up to the first circle of an organization, we celebrate accordingly. We don’t just cheer — we kick them out of 2CI (with fanfare, of course).
