Our first immersive Accelerator kicks off in Charlotte, NC this October. Over three days, participants will step out of their day-to-day and into a focused, high-impact experience designed to sharpen strategic clarity, expand leadership influence, and build a trusted circle of peers. This is where the Second Circle Institute begins.

• Format: Three-day, in-person immersive built around a live case scenario, peer learning, and expert coaching
